The Gender Equality Index is a tool set up by the government to measure the pay gap between women and men in companies. This index makes it possible to evaluate companies' efforts in terms of professional equality and to highlight areas requiring improvement. 

The index is calculated based on several criteria, such as pay gaps, pay raises, promotions, and parity among the highest earners. Each criterion is scored, and all the scores together enable an overall score out of 100 to be obtained.

We are proud to announce that our company achieved a score of 87 out of 100 for the year 2024. This score reflects our ongoing commitment to professional equality and our determination to create an inclusive and fair working environment for all our employees.
