From 7 to 11 June, the Congrès des Œnologues de France was held in Catalonia, with a highly topical theme this year: green oenology! During the day-long conference held at the Palais des Congrès, we were once again able to present our mystery wine stand, with a white and a red wine from the Roussillon region that participants had to identify.  

We were honoured to be able to make a speech at the Gala evening on Saturday evening and to showcase a cuvée from one of our Roussillon customers:  Mas Cremat  with its cuvée "La Llose", tasted as an aperitif and commented on by the owner.

It was also a great opportunity for us to offer two special tours of our Céret plant to the oenologists who had made the trip. Thanks to the commitment of all our teams, more than 50 oenologists were welcomed to our production site.
